Policies

All orders are processed and shipped on Monday and Tuesday only.(excluding holidays).

Please allow 8-10 business days for processing to verify credit card authorization and shipping. For orders placed during holidays and sale promotions please allow 10-14 business days for processing.

Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive an update once you receive your tracking number.

We will only ship to addresses that match billing address.

Once order has been placed we can not change the shipping address. 

​We are not responsible for unexpected delays due to carrier delays, holidays, & natural disasters.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped.

We currently do not ship internationally. 

If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at hairbylatise2@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days.

No action will be taken if defective hair shows any signs of being used or worn.

All returned defective hair must not be brushed, combed, curled, washed, cut, processed or unraveled in any way to be accepted.

We are not responsible for return shipping labels if product has been approved for return by owner.

All returned items must have tracking number and that tracking number must match your package for it to be processed and returned.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.

We recommend you use Gariner Shampoo & Conditioner  and Kenra Shampoo & Conditioner, Silicon Mix.

We do not recommend any oil or wax based shampoos or conditioners. (I.e. Pantene, Suave, V05, etc.)

We do not recommend products such as shampoos and conditioners with sulfate be used.

We do not recommend any usage of hair mousse, leave in conditioners, or hair oils (i.e. Peppermint Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Castor Oil, etc.)
